Check-in is available from 14:00, and check-out is until 11:00. If you arrive earlier or wish to enjoy the city a little more before your departure, you can leave your luggage in our luggage room free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you plan to arrive or leave at a different time.
Can I arrive after 2 p.m.?
Yes, the reception is open 24 hours a day: you can arrive at any time.
Do you accept credit cards? Which ones?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, JCB and Bancomat.
Can I request a room with a view?
Yes. If you would like a room with a view of the Tuscan countryside or the Piazza della Cisterna, please make a request at the time of booking or contact us directly.
Can I cancel my booking? How does it work?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. In case of no-show or cancellation after the deadline, one night will be charged. Please consult the specific terms when booking.
Where can I park my car?
The hotel does not have a private car park or garage. You can reach us by car, even if we are in the ZTL, for the time it takes to unload your luggage. Afterwards, you can park in one of the guarded pay car parks just outside the city centre (5-10 minutes' walk). For stays of several nights, we offer parking tickets (3 to 7 days) that allow you to enter and exit freely without having to pay each time.
Is the Internet connection available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas. There is also a free Internet Point available to guests.
Can you organise tours, transfers or reservations?
We are happy to help you with the organisation of guided tours in and around San Gimignano (see also section Tours & Activities). We can also book typical restaurants and trattorias for you.
