Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, Diners Club, JCB, and ATM.
Can you request a room with a view?
If you want a room overlooking the countryside or the Piazza, please specify when booking or contact us directly.
How do I cancel my reservation?
There is no penalty for cancelling up to 3 days prior to arrival. In case of no-show or late cancellation, you will be charged a one-night penalty.

Where can I park my car?
Our hotel has no garage or parking lot. If you arrive by car, when you get to the hotel, you can unload luggage; then park outside the historical center in one of the paid-service parking lots, which are a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. We have a parking ticket for those who stay for longer than one night with us, allowing you to move your car several times a day without having to pay each time. There are many types of membership, from a minimum of 2 days up to 7 days.
Can we connect to the Internet?
Yes, Wi-fi connection is available in all common areas and at an Internet Point at a cost of 30 min. = 1.50 € / 1 hour = 2.50 € / 2 hours = 4 €.
Is it possible to arrange transfers, tours and bookings through the hotel?
Our hotel can arrange for you on request any type of guided tour to San Gimignano and in the vicinity (see the Tours & Activities section).Also we can book typical trattorias and local restaurants for you.
